Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in China.

United States shipping

Standard US shipping is $4.99. Orders over $35 receive free standard shipping. Estimated delivery ranges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak-season volume.

Carrier rates, fuel surcharges, and available services may change. The shipping charge displayed at checkout applies to that order.

International shipping

At launch, orders are available for shipping to the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, contact us through the Contact page. If a shipment arrives damaged, keep the packaging and product, take clear photos, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
