Unused items in resalable condition with original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us through the Contact page before sending a return.

Used items

Used or washed kitchen tools cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund timing
